Through NNN Buyside, Foster represents buyers exclusively in the acquisition of triple-net, NNN/STNL properties and DSTs. He works closely with each client to define what a great deal means for them: their goals, risk profile, location preferences, tenant credit, lease structure and term, financing and 1031 needs, and exit strategy.
