01 WHO WE ARE
Who We Are
NNNBuyside Brokers (“NNNBuyside,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a licensed commercial real estate brokerage firm headquartered at 929 Alton Road, Suite 500, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Your privacy is a responsibility we take seriously. When you submit an inquiry, share investment criteria, or contact us through our website at nnnbuyside.com, you are trusting us with personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what control you have over it.

First name, last name, city, state, and whether you are acting as a principal investor or a broker.
CONTACT INFORMATION

In limited circumstances, we may reference publicly available professional information (such as a broker’s license record) to verify identity or credentials.
You are not required to provide all requested information. Declining to share certain fields, such as investment criteria, may limit our ability to identify properties that match your needs.
03 HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect only for purposes that are directly related to delivering our brokerage services and operating our business. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Match your investment criteria against available NNN net lease listings and send you relevant property recommendations.

- Prepare and submit Letters of Intent (LOIs), Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs), and other transaction documents on your behalf.
- Coordinate with third-party professionals you engage, including attorneys, title companies, engineers, and lenders, to support your transaction.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- Improve and maintain our website, forms, and internal processes.

We do not use your personal information to build advertising profiles, sell targeted advertisements, or train machine learning models.
04 HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the limited circumstances described below.
Transaction parties. When you identify a property of interest and authorize us to proceed, we may share relevant information with the seller’s listing broker, escrow agent, or title company as required to facilitate the transaction.
Service providers. We work with third-party vendors who help us operate our website, manage communications, and store data securely. These vendors are permitted to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Professional referrals. At your request or with your explicit consent, we may introduce you to local attorneys, engineering firms, or title professionals. We will inform you before making any such introduction.
Legal compliance. We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, subpoena, regulatory inquiry, or government authority, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of NNNBuyside, our clients, or the public.
Business transfers. If NNNBuyside is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and the choices available to you.
